Earlier this year, Sciarabba Walker Co-Founder Andrew (Andy) Sciarabba was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award at St. John Fisher University’s annual Accounting Awards Celebration.
After graduating as a proud alumnus of St. John Fisher with a degree in Accounting, Andy began his career at Touche Ross. Andy spent nine years with the firm before joining forces with his colleague Kenneth Walker to establish Sciarabba Walker, LLP—a firm dedicated to serving the Ithaca, New York area and helping to build a robust, vibrant local community.
Andy has long been a cornerstone of the Ithaca community, sharing his time and expertise with many local initiatives. He was a founding force behind Community Recreation Center, Inc.—which led to the creation of The Rink and The Field in Lansing—and contributed to organizations including Tompkins County Area Development, the Village of Lansing Road Improvement Committee, the Tompkins County Chamber of Commerce, Kendall of Ithaca, and the Cayuga Health Radiation Therapy Center.
At the ceremony, Andy was celebrated by current Sciarabba Walker team members, including co-Managing Partners Dave Iles and Chris Hart, Partners Linda Brucker, Dave Stinson, Jeff Gorsky, Evan Ramiza, and Tax Department Manager Tom D’Alessandro, and Fraternities and Sororities Department Manager Kati Torello.
Please join us in congratulating Andy on this well-deserved honor and thanking him for his decades of service to our community and clients!
